Se viene el remake de “Corazón de León”!

#WoodyHarrelson (#TrueDetective) y #KerryCondon (#BetterCallSaul) fueron elegidos para #Giant, la nueva versión de la comedia argentina Corazón de León (2013). Esta adaptación contará nuevamente con la dirección de Marcos Carnevale, quien también dirigió la versión argentina, pero con un guion renovado a cargo de Gonzalo Maza, el escritor chileno detrás de Una mujer fantástica, ganadora del Oscar en 2018.
La película original, protagonizada por #GuillermoFrancella y #JulietaDíaz, sigue la historia de Ivana, una abogada que, tras perder su celular, es contactada por León, un arquitecto carismático que lo encontró. Sin embargo, al conocerse en persona, ella descubre que él mide solo 1,36 metros. La trama explora los prejuicios propios y sociales sobre la diferencia de estatura en el amor.

@futurebird The arc of the amoral universe is long, but it bends towards entropy. History seems more like a spiral to me. Up or down, hmm. Elements repeat like musical motifs, but it doesn't end where it began. Quite. Have you heard of the Lakes of Wada, in topology the Wada property or Wada basins? Fate exhibits the Wada property, I (sometimes) think. Rusty Cohle in #TrueDetective was as someone said, one dark dude.

Almost done with #TrueDetective S2. Don't think it's as bad as the reviews say it is. Actually quite enjoying it. Sure, I think they went overboard with the casting against type (Vince Vaughn's mobster just doesn't work, and Rachel McAdams' efforts--while noble--couldn't get me to believe she's a gritty cop), but I think its real "flaw" is coming after the masterpiece that was S1. That's about it.
