Spent 4 hours today being shouted at by the #farRight because we physically stood between them and a hotel where #asylum seekers are kept against their will while their claims are processed.
We outnumbered them significantly, at first by a long way, then by a little (if you are in #oxford uk phase join us for the next).
We had chants about humanity, peace, welcome, community. They called us all paedos, got in our faces and huffed and puffed, red in the face.
There was one unifying chant we joined in with though "Kier Starmer's a wanker"... Labour such a disappointment.
They came, they stood next to a car park surrounded and out numbered, they fucked right off.
What an embarrassing and miserable day for the master race of Bristol. Didn't even get near to the hotel and their turnout was just double figures.
That's what happens when you step out of your online bubble and spend a bit of time in the real world.
