The biggest lie Trump is telling is that tariffs will quickly bring investments to the US and that more will be produced in the US itself. Labor is expensive in the US, not all knowledge/expertise is available etc, also setting up new product lines takes many years. People will suffer.
High quality industry also need highly educated people and precisely education is what Trump is damaging right now.
