I got a @JetTip alert that WestJet is flying a 737-700 to Portland #PDX/#KPDX Tuesday from its Calgary #YYC/#CYYC hub. That's a step up from the current seasonal "Dash 8" DHC8 WestJet Encore service. I don't see news about a route upgrade. The flight numbers 1500/1505 don't look like a charter. With Alaska's recent shift of some connections from SEA to its secondary hub at PDX, it's plausible WS could add capacity.
