A noise field painting I made the other day. These are abstract and non-representational, but they also have no discernible patterns or regularities, ideally at least. They are visual fields of noise.

I think this opens the work to a maximal amount of possible interpretation. The mind will try to find patterns/regularities because that's what minds do. I find them soothing and "ambient", like light, atmospheric music but to the eyes. What are your thoughts and impressions?
