Louisiana is a large wet state. We left New Orleans early this morning and drove north west and four hours later we were still in Louisiana and most of the time we were driving on bridges and causeways over swamps and rivers and bayous.
Several hours of Texas (also large) later, we just crossed the state line into Oklahoma, one of two new states I’ll be adding to my US bingo card this trip.
