This is unfortunate. The Heart of the City is an important resource for people of all income levels (they accept EBT). As @deanpreston noted, the vendors should have been consulted before forcing them to move to a smaller area.

I'm also dubious that the planned skate park will reduce drug dealing. I believe the moderate Democrats in government are more concerned with optics than actually helping those most impacted.
