kept me from believing
that I was worthy of anything.

Always remember that those feelings
are temporary and will pass.
Bipolar disorder causes manic highs and depressions lows that feel like riding an out-of-control roller coaster. Here's how to cope.
Happy Wednesday!
"Being diagnosed with a mental illness
is not funny,
but to survive it,
a sense of humor is essential."
Laugh as often as you can.
