Okay look, I'm okay with paramount finally canceling the fourth kelvin #StarTrek movie. I don't hate kelvin. But I am hoping beyond hope that they create a NEW crew, and a new adventure. Fingers crossed.
█▓▒░ I can add the 9-episode #StarTrek Khan podcast series to the short list of modern era content (including Lower Decks and Prodigy) where I can say, without an asterisk, that I completely enjoyed it top to bottom.
It's not a necessary story, and admittedly I was super skeptical going into it, but it does a great job telling a compelling story about the years between TOS and TWoK. (And it tackles the "Did Kirk know about Ceti Alpha VI?" conspiracy in a way I didn't expect.)
The cast is amazing. The audio production is top notch, making action scenes very easy to follow, which is no easy task.
My only criticism would be the narrator doing the credits/title sequences who sounds more suited to morning drive FM radio than a dark science fiction tale. Heh.

I wasn’t going to update this so soon, but I do like how the USS Enterprise’s profile has come out on the scarf 
I’m going to power on with this now and hopefully provide an update once I’ve hit the halfway mark.
