It came out pretty well, though I really need to figure out how to get the underside to behave.Also, I have _really_ started to understand how important that refrigeration actually is. It's _critical_. Like, after getting the big roll-out and cut it in half, I need to put _both_ sides back in the refrigerator and let them cool again. The recipe says to work one half immediately and refrigerate the other half to use after the first half is done, but that butter _absolutely_ melted on me in the first half and caused all kinds of problems.
