4 Library Collections Filled With Culinary Treasures via Gastro Obscura [Shared]

Today, there are cookbooks on every conceivable subject, from preparing insects to recreating Game of Thrones recipes. Passionate collectors have amassed vast collections of culinary books, often out of sheer passion and curiosity for the subject.

As I researched this article, I noticed a common thread in many culinary libraries, where individual collectors with thousands of books ended up donating them to grateful institutions.

I grew up using 2nd hand cups and superman glasses from BK. Nothing wrong with that at all. Most of them cracked, usually while using them.

In my first new home, I started over. My daily mug is from 400 year old Japanese Hasami company. Now in white porcelain. Love using lids for cookies or a few nuts. Even better as a coaster or cover to keep warm.

Happiness in simplicity.
