LOTS of unhappy people out there tonight after that budget dropped. It's the unravelling of so much blood, sweat and tears. I feel for those people.

Will Carney be propped up by Conservatives to pass it? There's talk of more floor-crossing Conservatives in the wings (which tells you all you need to know about this government and the budget).

What will the NDP do? Vote against it (what are the chances?), or abstain?

We'll find out soon, I guess. Nobody wants an election in this economy but can we just keep pushing problems down the road?

An entire family of 23 people was wiped out in an Israel’i airstrike on the north Lebanon christian village of Aito . They had fled the bombing in the south, taking refuge here. Two of them were babies.
