@writingcooperative @justin Since over 4 years, I am writing, and building @creativerly a newsletter/publication about creativity + productivity-boosting tools & resources, combined with useful insights, articles, and findings from the field of design/tech. While my main focus is the weekly newsletter (>2000 subscribers), I love to write long-form posts and deep dives into apps, so I would like to do that more in the future. Would love to connect with fellow writers 🙌

@writingcooperative @justin The majority of my writing is based around #VideoGames and I’ve been sharing this content on @medium for just under a year now. I’m primarily a PlayStation gamer so it tends to lean towards this platform, but not all of the time!

Hi @justin, thanks for organizing this ! I'm an educator and author based in GA. For over a decade, I've taught sociology online, but my true passion is using writing to explore intersections of social issues, media/tech, and environmental justice.

@writingcooperative I'm Kristina and I've been a full-time writer for 7 years now mostly for the cannabis industry.

However, I also write about escaping the hamster wheel, being a mid-life GenXer, women's issues, politics, and other societal woes.

I've been on Medium since 2019: medium.com/@kristina-etter

I've been writing at CannabisTech.com for 7 years.

And I'm actively seeking new opportunities as I set out this year on a 2-year cross-country travel expedition.

@writingcooperative
I write primarily murder mysteries. I recently started working on a new novel. i haven't been published yet but I have three short stories I've put up on GumRoad:
sarahforman.gumroad.com/l/dyrp
sarahforman.gumroad.com/l/tcak

Gumroad"One Shot" short storyLara shuffled backwards and pulled the door towards her, unconsciously holding her breath until she heard the click of the latch falling into place. Out of habit she twisted the knob and pushed in, just to double check, as she turned to face her Shadow.“When did it come on?” so softly Mae had to watch her lips. She tapped two fingers to her wrist where a watch would be when she took over for Lara in two years. Watches that actually kept time were rare and reserved for people who actually needed them. Mae didn’t yet and had counted the seconds the way Clover had taught her; steady, like a heartbeat, but subject to the same environmental interference's. Her sister had talked like that. Like she had spent most of her life in the books that were too few and far between. Mae caught herself talking like that too. Lara talked like that. Lara also approved of Mae’s knowing how to take an accurate pulse without a watch and Mae thought that’s what led to her selection in Undership despite her advanced age. Lara had a Shadow that had started at the proper time, not her own sister of course, but they had been close. Mae had seen the signs of grief Lara had tried to hide when the girl had been exposed. The exposure and release left Lara with a very narrow window in which to train her replacement and having a new Shadow with any knowledge, even someone who would usually be excluded having aged out of selection was more important than the fact that she was already seven years old. Even if it meant Mae could have to start training her own Shadow before Lara’s dismissal. It really only depended on the new inclusions.

@writingcooperative @justin I have written mostly about electrical safety rules and practices, mostly U.S, and to a much lesser extent about social science and other history and health-related topics. I've been writing semi-pro (pro, if you ignore the less-than viable income) since the late 1980s. My books on electrical history were published by McGraw-Hill till last year. I hope to sell updated versions of them, as well as finding a publisher for some new projects.
