Let's watch Americans complain endlessly about the flood response in Texas while doing absolutely nothing to change anything or hold anyone meaningfully accountable.

People in power are not affected by complaining. People in power are not affected by peaceful protests. If they can safely ignore it, then it won't change anything.

The only way to change things is to make it so hard to abuse power that it stops being worth the effort.
