I think because of that loud shitty behavior many will not admit that they are conservative.
@sleepy62 I wouldn't take stock in anything Kenney has to say. He is the strain of Conservative that only ever sees victory for themselves, and lacks motivation or humility to correct their strategy when they are losing.
