Date of Easter (Paschal computus) https://Wikipedia.org/wiki/Date_of_Easter
"As a #MoveableFeast, the date of #Easter is determined in each year through a calculation known as computus (#Latin for #computation) … celebrated on the 1st Sunday after the Paschal #FullMoon, which is the 1st full moon on or after 21 March (a fixed approximation of the March #Equinox)…"
The Northern #VernalEquinox, and Southern #AutumnalEquinox, usually occurs on March 20.

@KronoMoon I saw that very calendar in a museum in Ravenna, #Italy this summer!
@JacquelineJannotta
Good eye! About how large is it? Calculating the date for Easter, and extending that to other "moveable feasts" including Good Friday, is a biblical undertaking. This convenient calendar is a real beauty for sure. Thx for the field report!
@KronoMoon from memory, I’d say it’s maybe 3 feet square. And yes, very beautiful, chiseled in marble. I took this photo, but (slaps head) did not get the full description with measurements.
